Who is Blasphemous and Offensive?

We all are.Everyone is blasphemous and offensive in their own special way.

I have chosen to refer to myself in third person on this blog simply as “O” – which stands for offensive, of course.

The name of this blog is derived from a comment I once received from “A Concerned Catholic Parent” who found my writing not only blasphemous, but also offensive. In reality, it is rarely either.

If my opinions on being good to each other, the importance of higher education, attitude toward safer sex, the terrible situations that too much alcohol can put one in, a lust after David Beckham and an irreverant sense of humor make me blasphemous and/or offensive…then so be it.

It is a badge I wear with honor.

I look forward to your feedback.

Finally, if you find yourself offended, you may either comment, email me at blasphemousandoffensive@yahoo.com, or, best yet, navigate away from this page and never return. “O.” is a characterization of myself, and not the person you’ll find if you should be so fortunate as to meet me on the street. Be good to each other, and have a sense of humor.
